Family Support
Giving care and support during this time can be stressful. Many loved ones put their own needs and feelings aside to focus on the person with cancer. This can be difficult to maintain for a long time and can have both physical and psychological effects. Time to talk through what is happening and how you are managing is important. The better you take care of yourself, the better able you are to take care of others.
The death of someone close to you can feel overwhelming. Having the space to talk about your loss and to work out how to handle the feelings can help.
